Job description :

The Sales Coordinator joins Joseph Ribkoff’s Global Sales Operations team to support International Sales teams. In this collaborative role, the successful candidate helps maintain smooth sales activities by supporting communications, order coordination, reporting, systems, sample management, and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports using Power BI, D365, CRM tools, and Excel.
  • Coordinate order processing, follow-ups, account updates, and internal sales communications.
  • Monitor the shared sales support inbox and respond accurately and promptly.
  • Provide updates to International Sales Managers and teams.
  • Act as a link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design, and other internal partners.
  • Support communication, project execution, and process alignment across departments.
  • Organize the distribution of seasonal sales samples to international teams.
  • Maintain tracking, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Support users of D365, Power BI, CRM, and B2B platforms.
  • Assist with implementing new processes and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working.
  • Participate in sales operations initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-functional projects for International Sales teams.
Candidate profile :
  • 1–3 years of sales support or sales operations experience, preferably in fashion or wholesale.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote).
  • Intermediate Excel and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, CRM, and B2B platforms is considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • French and English bilingualism required.
  • Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German are considered assets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across systems, markets, and currencies.
  • Ability to prioritize, make decisions quickly, and act with urgency.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
