Galderma is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Operator to join its packaging team. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging equipment while ensuring product quality, hygiene and compliance with safety standards.

Specific Working Conditions:

Full‑time position
Day shift
Salary: $32.00 – $34.50/hour
Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Use of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Responsibilities :

Operate automated and manual packaging lines
Follow standard operating procedures strictly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Accurately complete production documentation
Perform manual cleaning of equipment and pipelines
Ensure product quality and contamination prevention
Collaborate with support departments
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Support and guide production staff as needed

Candidate profile :

High school diploma
3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in pharmaceutical, food or chemical manufacturing
Basic computer skills
Mechanical or electronic knowledge (asset)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in regulated environments
