Job description :

The Human Resources Business Partner proactively implements and manages HR programs and practices for an assigned business group.

The role supports talent attraction, development, and retention through training initiatives while fostering a positive work environment and organizational culture.

Specific Working Conditions

Responsibilities :
  • Lead monthly meetings with client groups.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and contribute to the improvement of policies and organizational culture.
  • Manage performance evaluations and maintain confidential documentation.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop employee onboarding methods and procedures.
  • Communicate, advise, and coach employees and managers, including conflict resolution.
  • Ensure and optimize the employee experience across the organization.
  • Support team leaders in improving team performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote a strong organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement succession planning initiatives.
  • Plan and conduct exit interviews and onboarding meetings.
  • Lead and participate in HR programs and initiatives.
Candidate profile :
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex workplace situations.
  • Ability to understand how people and culture support overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Understanding of the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of basic employment law.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and competitive benchmarking practices.
