Job description :

The Production Worker will actively participate in the manufacturing process of nickel powder, ensuring the quality and safety of operations. This role requires rigor, physical endurance, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities :
  • Feed the machines and ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
  • Collect nickel powder and perform tasks related to its packaging.
  • Maintain equipment: machine cleaning, filter replacement, and defective part replacement.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required equipment (half-mask, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
Candidate profile :
  • Good physical condition (ability to lift up to 25 kg / 55 lbs).
  • Comfortable with basic math.
  • Ability to work with nickel (no allergies).
  • Mechanical aptitude (an asset).
  • Ability to wear safety equipment.
  • Communication in French required.
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
Requirements :

Full-time, 12‑hour rotating day/evening shifts:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (day)
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (day)
  • Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (evening)
  • Week 4: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (evening)
