Job description :

MonMetal is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support the growth of its steel fabrication and metalworking operations. This role focuses on building long‑term business relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting customers throughout project lifecycles.

Specific Working Conditions:

Full‑time position
Field‑based role
Frequent client visits
Industrial and manufacturing environments

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Visit client offices, industrial facilities and manufacturing sites
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
Coordinate with estimating and production teams to support quotations
Represent MonMetal professionally in meetings and client interactions
Maintain consistent communication throughout project execution

Candidate profile :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in client‑facing sales and business development roles
Ability to understand technical and industrial environments
Existing network in construction or manufacturing sectors (strong asset)
Bilingual French and English (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Self‑motivated, organized and relationship‑driven
