Job description :

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and deployment of marketing initiatives across a global network of more than 3,500 wholesale accounts and future retail and travel retail stores.

This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, ensuring that campaigns, toolkits, and assets are delivered efficiently to partners and internal teams.

Specific Working Conditions

Responsibilities :
  • Support the Marketing team with daily marketing activities and project, logistics, and event coordination.
  • Coordinate Swatchbooks, GWP, POS, sales meetings, and events.
  • Manage the DAM drive and sales content photo albums.
  • Work with global printers and GWP partners to support showroom and customer requirements.
  • Create purchase order requests and manage vendor and supplier invoices.
  • Work with internal teams to provide marketing support for various events.
  • Create briefs based on co-operative advertising requests.
  • Work closely with the sales organization to ensure marketing initiatives and events follow established processes.
  • Order marketing materials and coordinate shipments to customers.
  • Manage the general marketing inbox and route requests appropriately.
  • Coordinate gifting materials, promotional products, sample management, and internal orders for influencers and ambassadors.
Candidate profile :
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or operations.
  • Experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors, printers, or production partners.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage projects, deadlines, workback schedules, and asset distribution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management platforms, and asset management systems.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms or digital assets is considered an asset.

Education

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
