Job description :

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator serves as a liaison between internal departments, including Design, Sourcing, and Operations, and mills and vendors located in different countries.

The role ensures that production is processed according to company standards and delivered on schedule.

Specific Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • Daily communication with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
  • Collaboration with Design, Sourcing, and Operations departments
Responsibilities :
  • Serve as the main point of contact with overseas suppliers.
  • Control and verify supplier invoices.
  • Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers to coordinate and track delivery status.
  • Arrange and track shipments.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Categorize shipments using the tariff coding system.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to production departments.
  • Coordinate supplier participation in the Joseph Ribkoff compliance approval process.
  • Collaborate with other departments as required.
  • Respond promptly to buyer questions and complaints and communicate any delivery delays.
Candidate profile :
  • 1–2 years of experience in international logistics.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems.

Education

  • College diploma in logistics considered an asset.
