Job Description :

As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating transportation, parts management and operations support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing parts and work orders, as well as communication between internal teams and external partners. You will also contribute to the preparation of documents required for shipments and customs formalities.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and coordinate shipments, from tender to delivery, meeting deadlines and ensuring carrier satisfaction.
  • Liaise between road technicians, the logistics department and external partners.
  • Manage parts and inventory: transfer, follow-up and close work orders.
  • Prepare shipping and customs documents, validate parts before invoicing and keep price list up to date.
  • Support teams with mobile application issues and follow up on repackaging requests.
  • Maintain fluid communication with colleagues and internal partners.

Profile required:

  • Degree in logistics, administration or related field, with minimum 3 years experience in logistics coordination or manufacturing environment (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in IT tools and experience with an ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and efficiency.
  • Autonomy, initiative and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in French and functional English.
