Process optimization specialist

Responsibilities :
  • Optimize current equipment, methods, and processes.
  • Analyze existing procedures to identify friction points or waste.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and prioritize them with a clear, measurable execution plan.
  • Propose and implement improvements and optimizations (Lean, Six Sigma, automation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate new methods.
  • Document optimized procedures and train staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare justification documents including ROI indicators for investment requests.
Candidate profile :
  • Degree in industrial engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrialization and/or production optimization.
  • Knowledge of industrial processes and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
  • Software skills: ERP systems, simulation or modeling tools, advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
