Customer Service Agent – In Store Product Sampling

Job description :

Impact Detail is looking for a Customer Service Agent to conduct in‑store product sampling across multiple locations in the West Island, including Kirkland and Beaconsfield. The role involves engaging with customers, promoting food products and creating a welcoming in‑store experience.

Specific Working Conditions:

  • Part‑time position (18 hours/week)
  • Salary: $18/hour
  • Work in grocery stores (multiple West Island locations)
  • Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Standing position with light equipment handling
Responsibilities :
  • Set up and manage a sampling station
  • Prepare and distribute food samples
  • Present products in an engaging and professional manner
  • Interact with customers and answer questions
  • Ensure a positive in‑store experience
Candidate profile :
  • Reliable, outgoing and autonomous
  • Comfortable interacting with the public
  • Positive, customer‑focused attitude
  • Good physical condition (standing work)
  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
