Job description :

The Warehouse Order Processor is responsible for preparing customer orders of fresh fish and seafood products for shipment.

The successful candidate ensures order accuracy, product quality, inventory rotation, and compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities :
  • Prepare customer orders according to sales instructions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of products selected for shipment.
  • Report any product quality concerns to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a continuous supply of packaging materials at the workstation.
  • Ensure proper inventory rotation.
  • Follow all HACCP food safety procedures and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with company health and safety policies.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on quality and workplace safety.
Candidate profile :

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in the food industry.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated and humid environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 65 lbs.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety.
