Job Description :

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in the coordination, planning and execution of technical projects related to our equipment and facilities.
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the execution of assigned projects. This includes overseeing documentation, identifying risks and leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, processes and schedules.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute and deliver assigned projects in accordance with expectations and the TOMRA project model.
  • Project monitoring and control (budget, deadlines, quality).
  • Analyze key indicators and propose corrective or improvement actions.
  • Provide feedback to project team members.
  • Supervise documentation and compliance with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production and marketing teams.
  • Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor, measure and report on project progress
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders.

Profile required:

  • University degree or Master’s in project management, administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in manufacturing, products or technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Leadership experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong focus on collective performance and continuous improvement.
  • Outgoing, rigorous and customer service-oriented.
