Job Description :

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the branch’s commercial activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement sales strategy.
  • Supervise, mobilize and motivate the sales team.
  • Manage and develop customer accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance and produce reports for management.
  • Follow-up and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ensure that targets are met within the operating budget.
  • Maintain a predetermined inventory and place the necessary orders.

Profile required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in sales management or store management, ideally in retail.
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and develop growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and sales or point-of-sale (POS) management software.
  • Strong sense of organization, autonomy and ability to evolve in a dynamic environment.
