Job description:

We are looking to strengthen our team of filling operators to support our day-to-day operations and long-term growth. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of long-standing employees. Our employees are our most important assets, and we adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Complies with plant safety regulations
• Prepare, adjust and operate the entire filling line
• Ensures that line employees perform their tasks properly
• Checks fill quantity against specifications and takes action to solve problems
• Keeps premises clean
• Cleans filling lines after each product batch
• Documents activities on the filling sheet for each batch produced
• Ensures that filling sheet guidelines are followed (labeling, box packing and printing, weight verification).

Qualifications:

• Experience as a machine operator
• Experience in continuous flow production
• Ability to work in a team
• Skills and abilities in stocking mechanics
