Job Description :

As a member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in the smooth running of the store and the customer experience. Every day is unique: thousands of items pass through your hands, and you actively contribute to giving these treasures a second life.

Responsibilities :

• Sort, label and stock a wide variety of clothing and accessories every day
• Offer customers a warm welcome and share your passion for second-hand goods
• Maintain a clean, organized and pleasant environment for all
• Identify valuable items or those requiring special treatment
• Actively participate in daily tasks (restocking, inventory, window displays, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve efficiency and in-store experience

Qualifications :

• You speak French (English is an asset for interacting with a varied clientele)
• You are comfortable with physical, dynamic, standing work.
• You have a positive attitude and a good team spirit
• You’re passionate about clothes, thrift shops, sustainability and the circular economy
• You are rigorous, reliable and take your work to heart.
• You are curious, autonomous and keen to learn many facets of the business
