Job Description :

As an Instructional Design & Training Specialist, you will analyze needs, create engaging learning experiences and run interactive training courses. Your role is to design innovative content (videos, quizzes, scenarios), organize training and support our teams towards excellence.
Reporting to the Health, Safety & Training Partner, you design and develop engaging learning activities, integrating multimedia tools and innovative pedagogical approaches.

Responsibilities :

  • Design digital and hybrid training activities for operators and technicians.
  • Analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
  • Structuring content and designing assessments.
  • Produce learner-friendly teaching materials.
  • Creating engaging learning experiences with technological tools.
  • Organize and lead customer training activities.
  • Collaborate with teams and participate in customer meetings.
  • Integrate multimedia elements and AI-based tools.
  • Contribute to the configuration and improvement of LMS functionalities.

Profile required:

  • University degree in adult education, education, instructional design or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in techno-pedagogical design, e-learning or digital content.
  • Mastery of LMS systems and a strong command of training technologies.
  • Excellent writing and teaching skills.
  • Experience in managing training projects and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Certification in instructional design (an asset) and industrial experience (an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, adaptability, autonomy.
  • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
