Human resources generalist

Job Description :

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a strategic and operational role in the implementation of our organizational development, talent management and employee experience improvement initiatives.

You will be a key partner to managers and teams, fostering a positive, equitable working climate focused on professional growth. This position is ideal for a proactive person with excellent interpersonal skills who wants to evolve in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to talent management: identify, support and develop high-potential employees.
  • Contribute to performance management: support managers in appraisal, feedback and team development.
  • Develop succession plans for key positions in partnership with managers.
  • Deploy initiatives to optimize the candidate experience: from hiring to integration.
  • Promote employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys, follow-up and concrete action plans.
  • Manage labor relations: conflict resolution, engagement program, compliance with internal standards.
  • Use HR data to evaluate and improve organizational development processes.
  • Design and monitor individual development plans to support career paths.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all teams.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, including responsibilities in organizational development and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files with rigor, confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Bilingual French/English required (written and spoken) due to work context and legal requirements.
