Job Description :

We are looking for a strategic, organized and mission-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO ) to support Mindful Career’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for driving internal operations, team management, technology systems, finance and customer service quality. This central role requires a strong ability to execute, a long-term vision and a real commitment to our mission: to transform lives through meaningful work.

• Manage budgets, financial forecasts and profitability

• Analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.
