Job Description :

The Dispatching Agent is proactive, a good team player and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all pending payments are processed 48 hours before delivery.
  • Take charge of all messages at the start of each service and respond quickly.
  • Respond immediately to all calls to guarantee quality service.
  • Answer drivers’ calls and quickly pass on any problems related to a product defect requiring the intervention of a technician to customer service.
  • Ensure that information about necessary inspections is e-mailed to the warehouse manager.
  • Confirm a minimum of 25 deliveries per department.
  • When booking customer pick-ups at the warehouse, explain opening hours and payment methods.

Requirements:

  • 1 year dispatching experience (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of IT tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time, while guaranteeing a high level of precision and quality in the work.
