Job Description :
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage the entire order-to-cash process and support our customers and distributors locally and internationally. This role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction, efficient coordination of shipments and smooth communication between different internal teams. You will work closely with sales, logistics, production and finance to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete order-to-cash cycle: order entry, confirmations, logistics and follow-up.
- Coordinate local and international shipments (carriers, forwarding agents, documents).
- Prepare and ship product samples with required documentation.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with logistics and production to ensure on-time shipments.
- Prepare export documentation and required certificates (e.g. CFIA, customs).
- Update customer, product and shipment data in the ERP/CRM system.
- Prepare internal sales and order reports.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement.
Profile required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, order management or logistics coordination.
- Mastery of shipping and documentation processes (domestic and export).
- Comfortable with ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, clear communication and sense of priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage several requests simultaneously.
- Experience in a B2B manufacturing environment, an asset.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation an asset.
