Job Description :
Sodexo is looking for a passionate Foodservice Cook to join our dynamic team in the corporate sector. If you enjoy working as part of a team, delivering high-quality results and complying with health and safety standards (HACCP, OHS), this is the position for you.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and pre-established menus
- Participate in meal service
- Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment
- Comply with food hygiene and safety standards
- Reduce waste and optimize production
- Complete the documents required by the HACCP program
- Apply and enforce Sodexo’s food safety policies
Requirements:
- Experience in collective cooking or catering desirable
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards
- Ability to work in a structured environment within a set budget
- Team spirit, rigor and autonomy
