Available 24/7, the organization provides crisis intervention services through phone support, online chat, community intervention, short-term residential services, and post-crisis follow-up.

Job description :

The Clinical Intervention Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring continuity of established practices during a temporary replacement period.

This role focuses on maintaining stable clinical operations, supporting intervention staff in their daily work, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Clinical Manager and management committee to maintain service continuity and operational stability.

This mandate does not involve introducing new programs or major organizational changes. Instead, it focuses on preserving existing practices and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the replacement period.

Responsibilities :

Clinical Coordination

  • Coordinate and oversee clinical service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide clinical supervision to intervention staff.
  • Support staff facing complex intervention situations.
  • Plan and lead team meetings and individual clinical supervision sessions.
  • Ensure proper and confidential management of clinical files.
  • Maintain high standards for clinical documentation.
  • Oversee the responsible use of information systems and personal information.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain optimal occupancy levels.

Team Development

  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
  • Contribute to clinical staff performance evaluations.
  • Identify professional development and training needs.
  • Promote knowledge transfer and integration of best practices.

Organizational Support and Collaboration

  • Maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare and community partners.
  • Participate in management committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Attend board meetings as required.
  • Support the preparation of the annual clinical report.
  • Compile clinical statistics and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Candidate profile :

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychosocial Intervention or a related field.
  • A relevant college diploma combined with at least six years of comparable experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of direct intervention experience.
  • Minimum of two years of management, supervision, or team coordination experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
