Available 24/7, the organization provides crisis intervention services through phone support, online chat, community intervention, short-term residential services, and post-crisis follow-up.

The Clinical Intervention Manager is responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring continuity of established practices during a temporary replacement period.
This role focuses on maintaining stable clinical operations, supporting intervention staff in their daily work, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Clinical Manager and management committee to maintain service continuity and operational stability.
This mandate does not involve introducing new programs or major organizational changes. Instead, it focuses on preserving existing practices and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the replacement period.
