Are you comfortable working with production equipment and want to contribute to the manufacture of quality products? Join our dynamic team as a Chemical Mixer.
Under the supervision of the team leader, you will be responsible for preparing, processing and packaging products in accordance with established quality standards. You will play a key role in the smooth running of production operations and the continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities :
- Check the availability of raw materials and supplies before launching production.
- Participate in the installation, operation and monitoring of mixing equipment.
- Weigh and measure ingredients according to established specifications.
- Strictly follow work instructions to produce batches that meet quality and quantity standards.
- Use assigned production equipment properly.
- Take samples for quality control.
- Label and palletize finished products.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Accurately complete production documentation.
- Respect health, safety and environmental policies.
- Report any dangerous condition or hazardous situation.
Requirements:
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing, one-on-one or in small groups.
- Perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using units of weight, volume and length.
- Apply basic mechanical concepts to understand how equipment works.
- Analyze standard situations and solve problems involving several variables.
- Read and understand written instructions, safety rules, maintenance manuals and work procedures.
