Assembly and Shipping Agent

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and rigorous Assembly and Shipping Agent to support the activities of our dynamic warehouse in Lachine. You will play a key role in the assembly of our medical products, as well as in the management of day-to-day logistics operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Assemble products according to ISO instructions
  • Perform required inspections on all assembled parts
  • Warehouse management system (WMS) and portable scanners
  • Prepare, pack and ship customer orders
  • Collaborate with other warehouses and external partners
  • Receive and manage incoming and outgoing materials
  • Prepare shipping and receiving reports (manifests)
  • Keep warehouse documentation up to date
  • Process requests for warehouse supplies
  • Obtain quotes from carriers and track packages
  • Provide general support to warehouse operations
  • Maintain inventory accuracy in the NAV system
  • Ensure clean, professional and compliant packaging to enhance the customer experience
  • Assist customer service as needed

Profile required:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge of shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Safe lifting of loads up to 25 kg
  • Forklift certification (a major asset)
  • Autonomy, rigor and team spirit
