Job Description :

Mobilia in Pointe-Claire is looking for a motivated, solution-oriented candidate to fill the position of After-Sales Customer Service Agent. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the After-Sales Customer Service Agent will be a customer advocate, representing Mobilia’s values and practices while ensuring exceptional, timely service and mutually beneficial resolutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure effective quality control management.
  • Efficient management of customer files, while maintaining Mobilia’s core values and making customer satisfaction a priority.
  • Make complaints to suppliers.
  • Propose effective and timely solutions to customers.
  • Act as the customer’s ambassador internally, coordinating communication and resolution with various departments (Sales, Warehouse, Transport, Finance, Payables).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Update and monitor customer files
  • Perform other related tasks.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual: French and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to collect detailed information.
  • Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to manage stress and emotions.
  • Good priority management skills and well organized.
