Job Description :

As anAdministrative Officer, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations and efficiently support our teams. Your role is to manage communications, prepare and follow up documentation, coordinate agendas and contribute to a structured, high-performance environment.
Under the supervision of the Growth and Commercialization Manager, you will take charge of administrative tasks related to projects sold, including preparation of deliveries, logistical follow-up, ERP data entry and technical documentation.

Responsibilities :

  • Enter installation requests in the ERP system and ensure data updates.
  • Work with logistics to plan deliveries and coordinate pick-ups.
  • Monitor construction start dates and update project schedules.
  • Prepare and distribute technical documents required for projects.
  • Send out service contract renewal letters in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Create user manuals and product specification sheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and customer management activities.

Profile required:

  • AEC/DEC in administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative position in a technical environment.
  • Reading technical drawings and building bills of materials (BOM), an asset.
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
  • Good command of French and functional English.
  • Writing and layout skills.
  • Organization, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
