Job description:

The Accounting Assistant is an administrative position within a small but dynamic accounting firm. Your role is to support team members, provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of the office by carrying out various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

  • Work on accounting and tax return files
  • Manage customer requests
  • Scheduling appointments for customers
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting firm or in bookkeeping is an asset
  • Experience in administrative management and office procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word (intermediate level), Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
