Account executive

Job Description :

A successful Account Executive stands out for his/her ability to identify and connect with new customers, skilfully break through initial barriers and engage decision-makers with DNE’s unique value proposition. He/she presents customized proposals and closes deals with new and existing customers, through a mix of self-generated leads and opportunities received via other inbound channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively engage in prospecting and outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads generated by the marketing team and business development representatives.
  • Manage and lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful conclusion.
  • Participate in the upselling and renewal process.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B outbound sales.
  • Be able to use the telephone, email and videoconferencing effectively to engage customers.
  • Skilled in managing priorities such as pipeline management and customer follow-up.
