Job Description :

Located in Pierrefonds, Grace Bistro is looking for experienced waiters and waitresses to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities :

  • Offer customers a warm welcome and attentive, professional service
  • Present the menu, make recommendations and answer customers’ questions
  • Take orders and ensure smooth, fast service
  • Serve food and beverages according to the establishment’s standards
  • Prepare simple cocktails (if experienced)
  • Advise customers on wine selection (if experienced)
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the room
  • Work in collaboration with the kitchen team and other staff members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience in cocktail preparation (an asset)
  • Knowledge of wine (an asset)

Working conditions :

  • Part-time position
  • Available Tuesday to Saturday, evenings only
  • Dinner service: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Closed Sundays and Mondays
