Job description :

CO7 Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop the client portfolio, promote the company’s products and services, and support the achievement of business objectives.

The successful candidate serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in sales activities, customer service, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities :
  • Welcome and direct customer inquiries.
  • Provide proactive customer follow-up.
  • Resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Create customer records and maintain CRM information.
  • Prepare quotations by compiling required parts, services, and documents.
  • Ensure quotation accuracy before submission.
  • Verify that received orders match submitted quotations.
  • Enter orders and send confirmations to customers.
  • Schedule service interventions and organize availability.
  • Communicate changes to the relevant teams.
  • Create and send invoices.
  • Follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare indexing reports and sales reports.
  • Generate reports required by the team.
  • Collaborate with production, service, and management teams.
  • Participate in relevant meetings.
Candidate profile :
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
