Job description :

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the IT Project Manager serves as a key liaison between the business, the Transformation Office, and IT teams.

The position leads strategic executive-sponsored initiatives and manages enhancement and bug backlogs across Data, Enterprise, and Commerce programs. The incumbent works with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, project delivery, and reporting.

Responsibilities :
  • Partner with business sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead programs from requirements definition through deployment.
  • Plan schedules, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
  • Identify and manage key requirements from internal teams and external vendors.
  • Oversee multiple projects and teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze risks, and adjust scope, timelines, and costs as needed.
  • Develop and maintain governance, reporting, and assessment frameworks.
  • Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership, SteerCo, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for quality, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage program budgets and funding allocation.
  • Foster high-performing teams through direction, coaching, and motivation.
Candidate profile :
  • 10+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or related domains.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail or consumer goods, including program or project management.
  • 7+ years leading retail project teams.
  • 6+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail and omnichannel trends.
  • Experience with microservices, ERP systems, and POS integrations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Shopify Plus (Web/POS), order management systems, supply chain/logistics systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and influence decision-making.
  • Experience coaching and developing team members.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, Risk & Change Management.
