Job description :

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Wiring Department Team Leader is responsible for managing a production team and coordinating daily operations. The role also includes hands‑on participation in product assembly and installation within a structured manufacturing environment.

Specific Working Conditions:

Permanent full‑time position (40 hours/week)
Day shift, Monday to Friday
On‑site work at the Lachine facility
Annual salary range: $60,000 – $70,000, based on experience
Industrial manufacturing environment

Responsibilities :

Manage work schedules, absences and team performance
Provide technical support and assist with complex problem solving
Train new employees and promote continuous skill development
Ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders
Assist with inventory management for production projects
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components of outdoor circuit breakers
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Candidate profile :

Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a manufacturing team (5+ employees)
Strong communication skills
Manual and computer aptitude
Fluent in French; functional English
Proactive, resourceful and decision‑oriented
Excellent time and priority management
Strong leadership and team‑building skills
