Job description :

Broccolini is seeking an AI Operations Consultant to lead and accelerate its internal Skill Factory initiative. This hybrid role requires a strong balance of business understanding and AI execution to transform real operational needs into deployed solutions within short delivery cycles.

The position mirrors a product manager mindset: defining priorities, setting standards, coordinating teams and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Specific Working Conditions:

  • Full‑time contract (40 hours/week)
  • On‑site position in Montreal
  • Fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment
  • High autonomy and accountability
  • Direct integration with operational teams
Responsibilities :
  • Manage sprint backlogs and AI roadmaps across departments
  • Facilitate workshops to generate prioritized and executable specifications
  • Ensure quality control before deployment (accuracy, triggers, outputs, edge cases)
  • Maintain the skills registry and provide weekly updates to leadership
  • Lead and support a mixed team of senior builder, junior builder and interns
Candidate profile :
  • Strong business mindset with the ability to translate seamlessly between teams
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for production‑level LLM solutions
  • Product management instincts (sprint management, prioritization, stakeholder communication)
  • No‑code / low‑code orientation using AI tools
  • Continuous, embedded AI learning habits
  • Ability to deliver quickly rather than over‑design
  • Hybrid business and technical profile
