Wild Willy’s is looking for seasonal customer service associates to join its team for the summer season. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced and fun environment while ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Specific Working Conditions:

  • Seasonal position (March to October)
  • Strong availability required during summer
  • Evening and weekend shifts required
  • Stores open until 11:00 p.m. during summer
  • Flexible schedule with morning, day, and evening shifts
  • Limited vacation availability during peak season (maximum two weeks)
Responsibilities :
  • Greet and serve customers professionally and enthusiastically
  • Prepare and serve ice cream products
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members
Candidate profile :
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player with adaptability
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
