Accounting manager (part-time)

Le Carrefour 6-12 is a community organization offering families in the neighbourhood educational services for children aged 6 to 12. Our mission: To promote the socio-cultural development of children aged 6 to 12, in collaboration with their families.

Job Description :

The Carrefour 6-12 ans de Pierrefonds inc. is looking for an accounting professional for a part-time position. Approximately 4 hours per week (or 16 to 20 hours per month), with the possibility of overtime as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks essential to the smooth running of the organization.

Main responsibilities :

  • Bookkeeping
  • Payroll preparation and management using the ADP system
  • Preparation of monthly budgets for presentation to the Board of Directors
  • Preparation of financial statements

Requirements:

  • Accounting training
  • Experience in bookkeeping and payroll management with ADP
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent oral and written French (all communications in French)
